During my tenure as a graphic design intern at Dignity Health, I had the privilege of contributing to various projects. These initiatives were purposefully designed to enhance workflow efficiency within the hospital environment and alleviate stress and anxiety for patients throughout their visits.
One of my notable contributions was utilizing my expertise in illustration to create animation graphics and integrate them into storyboards. These storyboards effectively demonstrated the flow of animations and brought the scripts to life in a way that resonated with the target audience. Through these experiences, I developed valuable collaboration skills, leveraging the collective expertise of our team to effectively problem-solve and achieve our goals.
Tutorial animation
This tutorial demonstrates the streamlined process of submitting work request forms online for hospital maintenance requests. Its primary objective is to guide and equip hospital workers with the necessary tools to effectively communicate their requests and ensure timely completion.
Speak Up™ program
The objective of this Simple 2D animation is to reduce patient anxiety during hospital waits. It is specifically created to play continuously on commercial TV screens installed in various departments and waiting areas at the Northridge Hospital.
WAYFINDING PROJECT
This project aims to guide all visitors within the hospital to their intended destinations through an animated map. Its purpose is to create an enjoyable and seamless navigation experience for visitors, ensuring they can easily find their way around the hospital.
